This week, so many photoshoot results came through.

Like this:

And this:

For Villager UK.

And also this:

Oh, and this.

The press ons are my work too, btw

Turns out, I kind of subconsciously dedicated my summer to building a portfolio for myself as a stylist working with brands. And that was so fun and filled with knowledge. Besides, there are quite a few coming out in the next month or so that I cannot yet reveal to you guys. But best believe it, my creativity was like a dragon off-leash. Needless to say, actually VERY important to stress out, the way I feel on those photoshoots. I used to think I didn't have any major talents (manipulation appearantly can't be counted as one).

just kidding, relax

And then I started writing one day, and a good friend of mine opened my eyes to how words actually are one of the most powerful talents there is. Then came logic talent and my ocd combined to navigate dev teams to actually launch features that are user-friendly and stuff. But styling, building my business around it, is something beyond what I have yet experienced in my life.

I think it truly hit me this week, when I was drafting a styling mood board for a designer to present his handmade pieces on one of the catwalks during London Fashion Week. He showed me his work and told the story to tell with those.

In less than 30 seconds!

faster than Tokyo Drift

Formulas in my head started calculating themself, and suddenly I am remembering 100s of collection pieces from 4 designers that match the vibe and stories we want to tell across the world and at least 3 decades back. Now that's a talent. For me.

Hope we all can agree on this one, right?

But as much as I love shoots and it lets out my crazy side, where I am basically allowed to do anything I want with clothes and my Barbies and Kens, I wanted to remind you that together with editorial, my 1:1 work to help INDIVIDUALS is the most important one for me. And yes, we still can have those fun photoshoots together if that's what you are after. More on what we can is here.

People always ask me what the end goal is for me in being a stylist. Do I want to style red carpet looks, work on editorials only or style celebrities? The truth is, I want to do it all.

But most importantly, I want Hot Mama Bakery to blow up and bring people the benefits that a lot of us miss because of the stigma of "having a personal stylist is a very expensive and luxury service that not everyone can afford".

And although it is pricy in most cases, the Hot Mama Bakery project was created specifically to ruin those. I mean, just look at the pricing.

This is where my purpose lies. To see girls just like me from 3,5,7, or 10 years ago trying to find themselves and have their clothes reflect exactly what they want without spending a fortune, while having a supportive community as well.

After all, being a girl's girl is the best thing in the world.

love you loads x
