You can join at any time. You start receiving information the following Monday after you activate your subscription. Every week is structured so that the information is gradually provided for you to keep it focused, straightforward, and entertained enough without you feeling overwhelmed. 

And then the week repeats itself. The goal behind the schedule is to build it in a way where you don't feel the pressure to consume an overwhelming amount of info, but rather relish a delicious amount of styling exercises that are simple and easy to apply in daily life.
